Home From South Fork, CO

Mary and I arrived home this afternoon from a very good meeting at Southfork, CO.  God saved souls, changed lives!  This was a tent meeting, with meals, and the messages were dealing with the Signs of the Second Coming of Jesus Christ!  We averaged about 130 per service, with over 200 people registered and attended!  This is a subject that many are interested in, and people are wanting to know what lies ahead!  We would encourage every pastor to consider this study, and doing it the way we do, with meals cooked by a team using the old fashioned Dutch Ovens over an open fire, and the music geared to the subject it has been successful every time!!  Our thanks to Jack and Carolyn Marting for the wonderful meals, to O.V.and Tommy Keith for music done in such a way that the people have a large part in worship!  Oh that more churches could get the picture!!

If any pastors or churches are interested in knowing more about this, please give us a call.  You may be completely amazed at what we can do to help you reach your area for Christ!   PLEASE CLICK THE BLOG LINK ABOVE TO VIEW PICTURES AND FIND OUT MORE!

August, 2010

Been awhile since we posted here.  God has been blessing, and the meeting at Moline, Kansas as good, and we thank Pastor Gary Boles and the wonderful folks there for all they done before and during the meeting. God blessed with some decisions and we trust He was pleased!

Mary and I will be leaving tomorrow for South Fork, Colorado, for an area wide tent meeting, much like we done last year.  Last year we saw a tremendous number of folks come and souls were saved!  We trust this year the Lord will once again do the same!  This year, we are doing a Bible Study format, discussing the Signs of the Second Coming of Jesus Christ.  It is sad that we have som many churches today that feel there is no importance to the subject and choose not to teach on the subject at all.

We ask that you pray for Mary and I as we make this 1400+ mile round trip!  God continues to bless us, provide for us, and supply our needs, and we thank Him for those of you that have helped us as we travel these roads for Jesus!  Have a good day!!

Home from Idaho

We had a great mission trip to Idaho!  We were at Berean Baptist Church in Wendell, and then we done a tent meeting at the Tim and Jan Moore Ranch near Buhl, ID.  Souls were saved in both meetings, and God really blessed with the best attendance we have ever had in the years we have been going!

On the way home, we again had trailer problems, lost the whole wheel, tire, break drums, bearings etc from the front axle of our trailer.  After spending the night at a truck stop, we were able to get to a repair shop in Laramie, WY.  Spent the day there, but the got us fixed up and back on the road again by 3:00 PM.  We just thank the Lord no one was hurt when the wheel came off.

We are home for this week and next, then head to Moline, Kansas for a tent meeting.  Apprecaite your prayers.  Take care, and may the Lord bless in all you do for His Kingdom!

Colorado Cowboy Camp Meeting, Kiowa, CO

Mary and I just returned to Lenapah from the Colorado Cowboy Camp Meeting! God blessed with souls saved and a lot of lives touched for His glory!  We preached 10 times from Wednesday evening thru Sunday evening, it is hard, but so rewarding when you see the lives of people so touched by the Word of God!   Each trip of late, we have had trailer problems, this one was no different!  When we arrived at the camp, found we had broken a spring hanger loose from the frame!  This is the second one that has broken since last year.  On top of that, the battery was dead, and we had no electric at the camp site!  Mary ran to town and purchased a new battery, we used a 4000 watt generator while there to get what electric we needed!   Our  trailer is getting older, has been pulled well over 100,000 miles so we are faced with some hard decisions coming up as to continue with this one or consider a new one!  With our current schedule, we just can not see purchasing a new one right now!  We appreciate your prayers as to God's direction concerning this matter.  Mainly, our schedule, our 2011 schedule is blank, so we will wait to see what the Lord will do in the next few months, then make a decision as to what we should do.  Again, your prayers are much appreciated!   Go to visit our blog and click it to see some pictures etc!  God bless each one of you! Thanks for checking in!!

Love What We Do!!!

Mary and I have just returned home from the Rolling Hills Cowboy Camp Meeting in Lamar, Colorado.  God saved seven precious souls, plus other decsions were made for the Glory of Jesus Christ!  Thanks to everyone who has prayed for us, and know that we sure appreciate each one's love and care for us!

In a few days we will be leaving again to preach at the Colorado Cowboy Camp near Kiowa, Colorado.  It is such an honor to be asked by these camps to be the camp preacher.  Our prayer is that God will be pleased, souls will be saved, and lives changed as a result of these meetings.

Our schedule is slowing down some, we have several open dates yet for this year and all of next year is open.  For the pastors who may be reading this, it is not too early to get next year scheduled while those dates are open.   Thanks for taking a look at our web site, and may the Lord bless each of you greatly!
