QUICK INFORMATION ABOUT A TENT MEETING

We have two tents, one seats 100 the other about 300 -
We furnish all side curtain, lights, pulpit, and a PA system if needed -
You
furnish the site with restrooms available, electric, and all chairs and tables - You furnish 4 to 8 men to
help set up the tent, depending on which one used

We furnish the music team and cooking team
if required - No charge for the use of the tent, just a love offering taken each service
- If meals
are prepared, you furnish the food per list we provide

DUTCH OVEN COOKED MEAL PROGRAM
|
- SCM will bring a team to prepare the meals cooked over an open fire with Dutch Ovens. This will bring
a crowd that would not normally come to a meeing. We have all the cooking equipment, all your church would need
to provide is wood to cook with, all the paper goods needed and the food. The average cost of such a program for food,
is less than $2.00 per meal.
- SCM will buy the food, and your church will be given the receipts for reimbursment to
SCM. Normally, three meals are prepared, Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday evenings. NO MEALS ON SUNDAY ARE PREPARED
BY OUR TEAM.
- SCM charges nothing for the cooks, but will take the total love offering and pay them from it.
We can discuss this in more detail on a per meeting bases. THE THING TO KEEP IN MIND, IS THIS IS A PROVEN METHOD TO
BRING IN PEOPLE THAT WILL NOT NORMALLY ATTEND A MEETING.
